If CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL applies to what you send, you have to follow it, including honest headers and a working opt-out where the law requires one. We suspend addresses that break the Acceptable Use Policy, and those suspensions are not refunded.

This site does not store your mail. A separate mail service will provide it. Payment processors may handle billing data in other countries. The Privacy Policy covers the account and billing data this site keeps.
