Before you buy
The rules are short and public
Anti-spam
Bulk unsolicited mail is forbidden. We suspend for it. Read the Acceptable Use Policy.
14-day window
The first payment can be refunded within 14 days if the account is not under an abuse review. Read the Refund Policy.
Cancel cleanly
Cancel from your account before renewal. The address stays active until the paid term ends.
Mail is separate
This site claims the address and handles the bill. A separate mail service provides the mail. See the FAQ.
